1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SahlBills, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
SahlBills provides cloud-based restaurant expense management, including AI bill scanning, supplier management, ingredient tracking, inventory connection, and menu costing.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials - All activities under your account - Providing accurate business information - Compliance with local tax and accounting laws
4. Subscription and Billing
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly in advance
- Plans may be upgraded or downgraded at any time
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice for existing customers
5. Free Trial
New accounts may include a free trial period. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before expiry.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - Use the service for illegal activities - Upload malicious files - Attempt to access other tenants' data - Reverse-engineer or copy the platform
7. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload. We process your data solely to provide the service.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
SahlBills is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
